Thrive Branding is seeking a talented Social Media Manager to join our growing remote team. In this role, you will manage and grow the social media presence for our small business clients in various industries.

As our Social Media Manager, you will:

  • Manage and post daily content across social platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and more for multiple client accounts
  • Engage the social audiences of each client by responding to comments, questions, and messages
  • Implement social strategies to align with client goals and optimize paid social campaigns
  • Track KPIs and analyze platform analytics to provide reporting and optimization recommendations
  • Stay on top of social media platform and algorithm changes, advising clients on best practices
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams like Marketing, Design, Web Development, and Client Success

We are looking for someone passionate about social media marketing with a proven ability to grow engagement and conversion for brands on social. Strong project management, communication, and analytical skills are a must in this role.
